Oven-Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic, Olive Oil and Lemon Juice

Delicious! This is an easy recipe for oven-roasted cauliflower that pairs well with grilled meat, both pork and beef.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 Cups Cauliflower Florets Cut into about 1-1-2" pieces
  • 1/4 Cup CARM Olive Oil Extra-Virgin
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Grated
  • Chives Chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.

  2. Place the cauliflower florets in a large saute pan or a roasting pan. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower, and season with the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place the saute/roasting pan in the oven and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even roasting. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the Parmesan. Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately while still warm.
