OMG, the MIA BELLA TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR tastes like candy! This morning I drizzled it over my ezekieI toast topped with avocado and a poached egg. I felt like I was eating something from a 5 star restaurant. I would like to think it was the cook, but I have to give credit to the Balsamic itself. It is a must buy for every kitchen, worth every penny. I also picked up a few bottles of olive oil at the farmers market and they are WONDERFUL as well! I use the olive oils to cook with, drizzle on my salads, and I even put a tablespoon in my morning smoothie to help with inflammation. They are of such superior quality that they make all my dishes taste amazing.
