Marvalhas is truly a diamond in the rough; gourmet all the way. My husband loves the olive oil (several to choose from, and you can’t go wrong), while I am a huge fan of the balsamic vinegars. They are by far, the most decadent, and best I have ever had. The dark balsamic has a syrup like consistency, and what you see, is what you get: no fillers, additives, or additional ingredients, and the same goes for the white balsamic….just the well balanced vinegar. They are free of GMO’s and pesticides, a small amount, goes a long way, and they add so much flavor to everything I prepare. (Salad dressings, rice dishes, cooked veggies)
